Breaking News: “Jerry Jones Drops a Bombshell: Micah Parsons’ Agent Has Bold Demands for the Cowboys – Find Out What He Really Said!”.

Micah Parsons has yet to agree to a contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys, and franchise owner Jerry Jones said that his agent ruthlessly rejected a proposal

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones claimed that the organization had agreed with Micah Parsons over a contract extension, until his agent told the franchise to “stick it up” their a–.

Parsons, 26, has entered the fifth year of his rookie NFL contract and is demanding a blockbuster extension to remain in Dallas. The star pass rusher requested a trade on Aug. 1, but Jones attempted to play down the situation by claiming it was a common negotiation tactic.

The Cowboys play their first game of the 2025 NFL season in 14 days, but Parsons has yet to participate in training camp because of his contract holdout. Despite previously assuring Cowboys fans that Parsons’ situation would be resolved, Jones has now admitted that his agent is making life difficult.

Parsons is set to earn a $24 million base salary this season, but he is believed to be demanding a contract worth closer to $40 million annually. In an interview with former Cowboys star Michael Irvin, Jones claimed that he and Parsons agreed to terms until his agent stepped in.

“When we wanted to send the (contract) details to the agent, the agent told us to stick it up our a–,” Jones said. “Mike and I talked, and then we were going to send it over to the agent.

“We had our agreements on terms, amount, guarantees, and everything. We were going to send it over to the agent, and the agent said, ‘Don’t bother because we’ve got all that to negotiate.’

“Well, I’d already negotiated, I’d already moved off my mark in several areas. So the issue, very frankly, is we’ve had the negotiation in my mind, and the agent is trying to get his nose in it right now, and trying to come in there and improve on the mark we’d already set.”

Parsons’ agent, David Mulugheta, has denied using that language when speaking with Jones. ESPN analyst and former NFL player Ryan Clark contacted Mulugheta to inquire about Jones’ claims.

“He laughed and said, ‘I’ve never used that phrase in my life,'” Clark said in a video posted to X. Jones said earlier this month that the Cowboys were in “good shape” regarding negotiations with Parsons, but his latest interview suggests otherwise.

Parsons is a key player for the Cowboys and has recorded at least 12 sacks per season since being selected in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Parsons is one of the best pass rushers in the league, and wants his contract to reflect his value.

While Dallas and Parsons have been negotiating, the Pittsburgh Steelers made linebacker T.J. Watt the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL. The defensive star signed a three-year, $123 million extension with $108 million fully guaranteed.

Parsons’ trade request shocked Cowboys fans and led to the front office receiving backlash. However, the next day, Jones told supporters not to worry. “Were in good shape. This is negotiation. Dont lose any sleep over it,” Jones said.

“I think the world of Micah. Thats just the part of negotiation. I dont really place that with any seriousness.”
